Placeholder — review before launch

This page is a structural placeholder. Before the site goes live it should be replaced with a policy reviewed by a UAE-qualified legal adviser, reflecting the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where you handle data of individuals in other jurisdictions, the requirements that apply there — including GDPR for EU and UK residents.

What we collect

Information you give us directly through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, nationality, and the details of your situation and requirements.

Documents you share with us during an engagement, which may include passports, visas, certificates, financial statements and property records.

Basic technical information about your visit, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver the services you engage us for, and share the documents required with the licensed partners and government authorities involved in your case.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

Enquiry and client data is stored in our database provider's infrastructure with access restricted to authorised staff. Documents shared during an engagement are stored in access-controlled storage linked to your client record.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to us at the contact address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
