What we do

FirstKey Dubai provides relocation coordination, setup advisory and project management services. We advise on the appropriate route, prepare documentation, coordinate with licensed third parties and keep you informed of progress.

What we do not do

We are not a visa-issuing authority, a licensed real estate brokerage, a bank, a law firm, a tax adviser or a licensed insurance provider. Company formation, brokerage, banking, insurance, legal advice and visa issuance are carried out by independent licensed partners and the relevant UAE government authorities.

We do not guarantee the outcome of any visa application, licence application, bank account application or property transaction. Those decisions rest with the relevant authority or institution.

Thresholds, fees, timelines and eligibility criteria published on this site are provided for general guidance, were reviewed at the date shown, and are subject to change by the relevant UAE authorities without notice. They do not constitute legal, tax, immigration or investment advice, and should be confirmed for your specific circumstances before you commit funds.

Fees and payment

Our fees are set out in the written proposal issued to you before an engagement begins. You may choose to pay the engagement in full at the outset or to pay per service as each is delivered and marked complete.

Government fees, licence charges, medical and Emirates ID fees, insurance premiums, transfer fees and other third-party costs are passed through at cost, itemised separately, and are set by the relevant authority or provider.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction — subject to confirmation by your legal adviser.
