Ejari, DEWA & utilities
Ejari is the registration of your tenancy contract with the Dubai Land Department. Almost nothing else works without it — not DEWA in your own name, not a dependant visa application, not a school enrolment in some cases. It is a small step with a long shadow, so we handle it early.
