Driving licence
Holders of licences from a long list of countries can exchange them for a UAE licence without sitting a test. If your country isn't on that list, the route is training and testing through an approved driving institute — considerably longer and more expensive, which is why it's worth knowing which side of the line you're on before you arrive.
